Set-up: Thursday, December 5th, 7 to 10:30 am
- If you are not set-up by 10:30 am you forfeit your spot in Art Market.
- When you arrive go directly to your group leader and check-in.
- Give your group leader your inventory sheet, they will place it in the group binder, in alphabetical order.
- Some group leaders will have specific jobs/shifts for vendors. Reach out to your group leader with specific questions.
Breakdown: Sunday, December 8th, 6 to 8 pm
- You may not take your inventory sheet with you after the event. Art Market collects all group binders at the close of the event. You may take a photo of your final inventory sheet. After 6 pm you will no longer have access to your inventory sheet.
- You must take everything with you when you leave.
- Any unclaimed items need to given to the register at the close of the event.

- Thursday, December 5th - 11 AM to 7 PM
- Friday, December 6th - 11 AM to 7 PM
- Saturday, December 7th - 10 AM to 6 PM
- Sunday, December 8th - 10 AM to 6 PM
