Equipment is administered by the Audio/Visual Services desk and students can checkout equipment during checkout hours by walk-in or by making a reservation in advance. Before checking out equipment students must fill out and sign a Terms and Conditions form.

If you are using your own personal equipment - the OCE highly recommends renters insurance to cover loss or damage. MICA is not responsible for lost or damaged personal equipment. If you are using the equipment of a partnering organization and there is loss or damage, report it immediately to your partner organization and faculty adviser.
