MAT Alumni wanting to apply for certification to another state, and are requesting a State Department of Education College Verification Form to be completed by MICA, should send the form and a completed Authorization Release to the Center for Art Education at MICA.
This is for requests from MAT graduates only, and is for verification to departments of education for teacher certification. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing. If your request is time sensitive, please call the Center for Art Education.
