Open Enrollment begins on April 12 and ends on April 23, 2019.

During this period, you have the opportunity to review, add or change any of your current benefit elections and/or dependents. Any changes you make will take effect on June 1, 2019.

Open Enrollment: April 12, 2019 – April 23, 2019

We strongly recommend you log on to the online system to verify your elections and print a benefit confirmation statement. If you do not go online to make any changes by April 23, 2019, you will automatically be defaulted to your current elections (except for the FSA if you are currently enrolled). If you would like to waive Medical or Dental coverage, you must log in to Benelogic to do so. 

Important Reminder: If you elect FSA, you must enroll every year.

Benefits Fair: Tuesday, April 16, 2018 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Knowledgeable representatives from our benefits vendors will be available to provide information and answer questions about our plans and programs. MICA is hosting free blood pressure screenings this year. Raffles prizes, benefits updates, and light refreshments will be available at the event.

You are able to make changes to your benefit elections during Open Enrollment by following the steps below:

1. Log on to www.mica.benelogic.com.
2. Enter your username: MICA email (For example: John Doe, his username would be jdoe@mica.edu)
3. Enter your password. If you forgot your password, select the "Forgot Password" link.
4. Follow the instructions online.
