• Documentation of Funding: Ask the exchange visitor to provide documentation of funding to cover all expenses associated with their time at MICA (see Exchange Visitor's Request Form).
• Passport: Request a copy of a passport valid for at least 6 months into the future.
• Health Insurance: International Education will request proof of health insurance from the exchange visitor prior to issuing a DS-2019.
