She has served as a member of the Development, Student Affairs and Trustee Affairs Committees. Prior to that, she served on the MICA Alumni Council.

She earned a certificate in Interior Design from ICA, as well as a B.A. in Art History from Syracuse University a Master of Liberal Arts Degree from Johns Hopkins University. She practiced Interior Design for many years and has designed jewelry for the past 30 years.

Davison serves on the Board of the Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, the Walters Art Museum and the Mt. Vernon Conservancy Board.
