As outlined in the College's Privacy Statement, MICA is bound by The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Amended (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).  This law affords students the right to privacy with respect to their educational records, including but not limited to courses taken, credits earned, grades and grade point average.
