Grant Recipient Requirements

Awarded applicants will need to submit the following items to Drew Lundholm in the Graduate Studies office to receive funds and fulfill the requirements of the awarded grant.

* A completed reimbursement form:

Grant recipients will be issued a reimbursement after all receipts and paperwork are received and reconciled against the grant award and budget. A blank reimbursement form, along with a completed instructional form, will be included in the announcement email to selected applicants.  All reimbursements must be submitted within 6 months of the award announcement.

A one-page summary report  

The summary report is due no later than 6 months after receiving the selection announcement email.   Reports should outline the results or progress of your proposed work.  Please include any images of your work or of travel destinations as a part of your summary.

* IMPORTANT NOTE:  Money is not awarded up front.  Expenses are reimbursed by the Graduate Studies office following the purchase of project materials by the grant recipient. Items not outlined in the applicant's proposed budget will not be reimbursed.  Any changes to budget or project needs should be approved by Graduate Studies beforehand.
