The Residence Hall rates for entire 2019 – 2020 academic year (both fall and spring semesters combined) are:

• Single: $11,500 ($5,750.00 per semester)
• Double: $10,360 ($5,180.00 per semester)
• Triple: $8,550 ($4,275.00 per semester)

Accounts are billed per semester but housing agreements are for one full academic year. Rates are subject to change when a student changes rooms into a different room type (For example, moving from a triple into a double). Student's housing costs will be prorated based on the the daily rates of occupancy for each space.

• Single: $11,890 ($5,945.00 per semester)
• Double: $10,710 ($5,355.00 per semester)
• Triple: $8,850 ($4,425.00 per semester)
