"Making a Difference" is our motto.

The Mentoring Network is a personal support program designed especially for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Upperclassmen are assigned as mentors to new students. Student Mentors are returning students that provide nurturing one-on-one support to foundation students and share information to help new students succeed at MICA. The relationships established between students in the network help empower them to transform ideas and aspirations into realities.

The Center for Identity and Inclusion (CII), pairs first year, historically marginalized, under-represented, under-resourced students with successful upper class students for individual and group mentoring. We strive to create a "family away from home" environment that will nurture you through your artistic, academic, and personal journey while at MICA. We will do our best to pair mentee's with mentors based on their preferences. But cannot make any guarantees. This survey is exclusive for **First year, First time students at MICA**
