The Center for Student Engagement (formerly known as the Student Activities Office) is home to more than 50 student organizations, the Student Voice Association (MICA’s student government), Orientation, and a variety of programs and activities to keep students involved on campus.
Community Site Leaders (CSLs) plan, organize and facilitate art classes in non-profit organizations throughout Baltimore City including schools, neighborhood art centers, and rehabilitation/transitional housing facilities.

France-Merrick Fellows (FMFs) are veteran CSLs with at least two semesters of service. FMFs apply for a year-long fellowship to work with a specific population or community partner. FMFs also plan days of service and mentor CSLs.

Connectors serve as a resource for transfer and commuter students throughout the year.

Student Orientation Director will be responsible for recruiting, training, and manage the Orientation Leader team in addition to planning several programs within the broader Student Orientation experience.

Program Managers serve as committee chairs of the MICA Program Board. They plan and implement programs for the student body and campus community, including Halloween Party and Last Blast.

Program Assistants serve as volunteer committee members on the MICA Program Board and assist with campus-wide programming, including Halloween Party and Last Blast.

Student Space Gallery Jury Members collaborate with the Jury team to select student exhibitions for the Student Space Galleries on campus.

Student Space Gallery Manager will provide overall supervision to the four student galleries on MICA's campus by managing the operations of gallery spaces, communicating with and supporting artists exhibiting in galleries, as well as provide outward facing general information/marketing regarding current and upcoming exhibitions.

Student Voice Association (SVA) Officers facilitate the MICA student government and advisory board. The councils meet monthly to discuss issues that affect the MICA community and serve as a liaison between the students and administration.
