MICA Outdoors Club aims to make the outdoors accessible to everyone! We aim to reconnect with the natural environment while still giving back to our urban environments in our service work with Irvine Nature Center.

MICA Start

MICA Start is a student-run gaming collective and gaming lounge located at Glace Hall basement. Start wishes to introduce fun, casual, and competitive play across multiple platforms in video games. We are also home to the Super Smash Bros Biweekly Tournaments in addition to general gaming LAN parties and watch parties. Join our semester zine, where we host gaming related themed zines! MICA Writing Collective

To offer a supportive workshop-environment for student writing of all types genres. We offer feedback, discussions on writing, Q+A's with authors, and periodical opportunities for publishing.

Not So Starving Artists: Cooking Club

This club teaches students to cook for themselves while also teaching members about different foods and cultures. We are a great group to meet friends and learn a new skill!

Quilt Group

Quilt Group is a place to foster community, learn new skills and share them with others, and participate in the creation of beautiful quilts. We work with members of the African American Quilters of Baltimore (AAQB), and the quilts we make are raffled off at Art Market (proceeds go towards scholarships for African American students). Anyone is welcome to come in and sew with us, no matter what your skill level!

Sequential Art Club

Sequential Arts is a club is all about sequential art, which includes comics! In this club we’ll cover topics ranging from making merch to tabling tips to comic basics. Our members also get to go to and participate in a variety of events like zinefest over the course of the school year.

The Pokemon League at MICA

We welcome all fans of Pokemon to join us and win some prizes, watch some Pokemon movies and tv episodes, and just hang out and have a fun time!
