Graduate Orientation is August 19th - 23rd with both required and customizable activities throughout the week. You will learn and experience a great deal during this time, leading up to the first day of classes, Monday August, 26th.

Tuesday, August 20th, 9:00am, Graduate Orientation will take place at the Fred Lazarus IV Center for Graduate Studies, 131 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.

Parking is limited around Lazarus Center, with some on-street metered parking. Consider parking at the Maryland Avenue Lot, located at 1805 Maryland Ave, Baltimore MD, 21201. 

 

 

Get to Know the MICA Portal

myMICA is where students, faculty and staff can access services and resources that provide self-service for things like student registration, grade reports, class rosters and other information.

Click here to access the myMICA Portal. When you log into myMICA with your username and password for the first time, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication with Duo. Please follow these instructions. After that, you will need to re-authenticate every 30 days on each device you use to access myMICA or services accessed through the mica.edu website such as Canvas. 

Get your Refund Check

Expecting a refund check from your student loan? Your student bill was emailed to your mica.edu email account. To request a refund check: Email your name and student ID number to studentaccounts@mica.edu, requesting a refund.  It's as simple as that!

Course Registration and Advising

Meet your Graduate Enrollment Advisor, LaShay Harvey.

She can assist the graduate community with registration and advising support! Connect with LaShay Harvey, lharvey01@mica.edu, or call (410) 225-4219 with any questions during any registration cycle and she will gladly coordinate with Graduate Studies to assist you! As always, contact your graduate program director with any questions related to your upcoming academic experience or course sequence. Use the month of June to familiarize yourself with your Graduate Degree Plan and the Fall 2019 schedule of classes.

A registration hold has been placed on all incoming student accounts until your registration appointment time. The Office of Enrollment Services is available to assist you during the enrollment process.
