MICA Fitness Classes | Spring 2020

Spring classes are offered from January 21st - May 3rd, 2020. 

NO CLASSES | March 15th - 22nd, 2020 (Spring Break)

Monday

Muscle Tone | 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Classes start Monday, February 17th, 2020. 

  • Get fit, toned and strong with Muscle Tone! This class allows you to strengthen every single muscle in your body from head to toe! 
  • Have fun sweating to awesome music! No experience necessary!

Yoga | 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

  • A vinyasa-based flow that creates a safe, inspiring, engaging space for all levels to explore their practice.  This class will strengthen the body with the use of traditional poses, balancing sequences, core engagement, and breathwork.  

Strip Tease | 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Learn new ways to connect with your feminine energy and strengthen your physic to feel more confident and sexy in everyday life.
  • Sexy attire is optional! Bring comfy heels (with ankle support) and kneepads to fully embrace the striptease experience!

Tuesday

Zumba | 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Energizing cardio dance class, which combines a variety of dance styles, core strengthening, and aerobics for a full-body workout.  Come and join the party!!

Wednesday

Kenpo Karate | 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Introduces the basics of American Kenpo Karate where you'll learn stances, punches, and kicks that are fundamental to all defensive maneuvers.
  • No sparring will be taught in this class, but expect light contact for technique.

Thursday

Zumba | 6:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.

  • Energizing cardio dance class, which combines a variety of dance styles, core strengthening, and aerobics for a full body workout.  Come and join the party!!

POUND® | 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 

  • You will become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training.
  • Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
  • Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out!

Friday

Sunday
