Everyone goes through employee onboarding at some point, and these experiences set the tone for an employee's time at the company. If they don't understand what their responsibilities are or can't connect with their co-workers, are they going to have a positive experience? WorkCurrent helps employees adjust to new roles and see what they have to do and who they are doing it with.
