Students may, if referred by their physician, have allergy injections by appointment if appropriate serum and instructions are provided.
Allergy serum can be stored at MICA Student Health Services. Prior to receiving the first allergy injection at MICA Student Health Services, each student must have a scheduled office visit with a provider and submit completed Allergy Injection Consent Forms and Physician Consent Form.
