Each year, the Community Art Collaborative (CAC) hosts a special festival and exhibition at MICA's main campus, usually in the late Spring/early summer.
The exhibition features artwork created by K-12 students at all of our CAC Host Sites (listed on the "Partner Organizations" page). CAC members work together with their students, and with each other, to curate a high-quality exhibition of student artwork. Then, K-12 students, staff, volunteers, and parents from all the CAC Host Sites are invited to MICA for a special "community festival day," to celebrate the opening of the exhibition, and enjoy fun activities together.
